All Electro-Wind products come with a free 1 year guarantee.
Any Electro-Wind product judged to be faulty or damaged within the 1 year guarantee period should be reported to the Stoke-on-Trent head office.

Any item that is received damaged by either Electro-Wind’s own transport or contracted carrier must be signed for as damaged and reported to Electro-Wind within the following 8 working hours. Damaged items signed for as unchecked may not be considered for a warranty repair.
Before any item is returned to Electro-Wind a Goods Return Number (GRN) must be a allocated. The GRN can be requested via the Stoke-on-Trent head office.
Once an item has been returned to Electro-Wind it will be inspected and a written report produced. The report will set out all findings and a conclusion. If an item is not as described pre GRN or faulty through misuse a charge may be incurred.
